OUR COMMITMENT TO QUALITY

We are committed to maintaining the highest quality standards in our products. Our staff are all City and Guilds trained, and we are members of the Association of Master Upholsterers and Soft Furnishers.

All our furniture benefits from exceptionally high standards of manufacture and is produced here at our factory in Chalgrove in Oxfordshire.

All furniture is handcrafted using hardwood frames, glued, screwed and dowelled for maximum strength. All frames are fully guaranteed for 15 years.

Our factory is equipped with a state-of-the-art computer controlled cutting machine, and we take particular care when cutting fabrics to ensure precise pattern matching throughout each piece of furniture, including valances. Valances are, of course, double sided.

Sofas and chairs feature fully coiled mesh top spring units which will provide years of long lasting comfort and support, and seat interiors are fibre and feather mixed as standard, with high resilience foam available as an option.

All designs offer full lumbar support, and cushions are available in three densities: soft, medium, and firm. Cushions are made from moulded cold cure foam to resist foam compression over time. The Milton, Haisley and Cuxham ranges are available with fully removable covers for ease of cleaning.
